Catalog View: move to folder by dragging over address bar

In Windows Explorer, you can move a file or folder to a parent folder by dragging to the address bar.

This alone would be nice to have in Pro (currently you just get a ":prohibited:" cursor), but it would be even better if dwelling over a parent folder while dragging contents would open that container in the main view area so that you can reorganize things into subdirectories even more easily.
