I suggest adding Refresh option to the Layouts list in the Catalog pane. If I copy, paste & rename a layout, it stays in the same spot in the list until I close & reopen the project.
Thank you for submitting this idea. We are looking at different ways to solve this problem, as we understand it is an issue. We just want to note that the way we solve it may not be by specifically adding a Refresh command to the context menu of Layouts.
