In newer versions of ArcGIS Pro (2.5+) the ability to size symbols by height or width was removed for a generalized sizing of the symbol (driven by attributes). This has removed the ability to maintain the largest map I have in ArcGIS Pro.
I currently use these sizing fields to maintain the size of a sign's height and use the offset by attribute feature to offset street signs on the same support. Since the size by height or width was removed, I can no longer tell the height of the signs symbol because it is random based off the aspect ratio of the sign symbol, which makes offsetting impossible.
