Attribute Table — Buttons to rearrange sort levels in Custom Sort dialog

I do complex sorting in the attribute table using the Custom Sort dialog:

I often want to add or remove a sort level partway up the list. It looks like it's possible to remove a level by changing the field to None. And I can add a sort level to the bottom of the list. But I can't move it to the correct position within the list.

Could buttons be added for moving sort levels up and down within the list? Or add drag and drop functionality?

For example, Excel has move buttons in its sort dialog:

Otherwise, the only alternative in Pro seems to be to delete all levels below the desired level, then add the new level and re-add all the subsequent levels (and redefine ascending/descending), which is cumbersome.
