In ArcGIS Pro (2.2.3), when a Preset Layer is added as a Subtype Group Layer, we can't change the field properties for all subtype layers (or a sub selection), all at once. We can only change Design Field properties one subtype layer at a time. We should have an option like "Change field properties for selected subtype Layers".
At the end, they share all the same schema, this should be doable.
