I recently worked on building an Add-in for Pro to create custom functionality and noticed Pro has to be started to test the newly built add-in and it was ineffective as it takes time to get the app started to load map contents. My idea: it would help to have a Pro instance stand by for test/debug and the app needs to find a way to refresh its instance with the newly built Add-in
