Apply fill and outline solid fill option for color schemes

The color schemes currently have 3 target options on how to apply them: "Apply to fill", "Apply to outline", "Apply to fill and outline". 

It is great that there is an option to apply the color scheme to fill and outline as it could save time and prevent not having to repeat steps. The only problem is that the fill symbol (for polygons) are changes to hatches instead of staying as solid fill polygons. 

There are of course ways to change it back from hatched to solid, but it is frustrating, time consuming, and interrupts the work flow. 

It would be great if there was another option to apply the color scheme to fill and outline, but keep the fill symbol as a solid fill and not change it to hatches.
