Allow streaming while editing to be turned on by default in ArcGIS Pro.

As someone who does a lot of editing of polygons, I almost constantly use streaming when I make cuts to polygons or create new ones. Having to hit F8 everytime I start a new edit is very time consuming, and often I have to hit it twice to get it to take effect. What would really be helpful would be to have streaming turned on as a default option in the Options panel.
