Currently if a line feature class is M aware but the M values are null the features of that layer will not publish to ArcGIS online hosted feature service. Using the Esri Utility & Pipeline Data Model v2018 most of the line feature classes are M aware, however M values are not needed and therefore not calculated. This causes a problem because key feature classes in the data model cannot be published to web maps unless M values are calculated for many small line segments.
Suggest Esri include a publishing option to include or not include M values when publishing to AGOL to fix this issue.
