One of the challenges in clock chart (Tracking Analysts) is that there is no option to determine legend class values and color scheme as what Symbology option provides for us in layer properties. For example, sometimes we need to create couple of Data clocks for different data sets with the same legend classes values and categories, but this is not doable in the current Data Clock Wizard,
