The ability to add a Custom Ribbon by RIGHT CLICKING, near the other ribbon tabs, and selecting "Add Custom Ribbon".
Within a Custom Ribbon, we should have the ability RIGHT CLICK in the Custom Ribbon's box to "Rename Ribbon" and "Add Features/Tools"
