Add transparency controls to Layer Properties under the Display tab (like in ArcMap) in ArcGIS Pro.

Currently layer transparency can be controlled on the Effects section of the Appearance ribbon in ArcGIS Pro.  I think it would add to the inconvenience and ease of the application if the transparency control were to additionally be added to the Display tab of the Layer Properties window like it is in ArcMap.

Agree this suggested minor tweak to the interface would be helpful. As an ArcMap user I keep going into properties looking for stuff only to realise that it has migrated to the ribbon in ArcPro.
