For LIDAR raster digital terrane model (DTM) datasets (mosaic or otherwise) we have two "shaded relief" options in symbology>shaded relief>hillshade: traditional and multidirectional. A novel approach to imaging a DTM is "texture shading." Texture shading can result in much better detail in the LIDAR DTM.

A texture shading symbology option in ArcGIS Pro would greatly increase the utility of LIDAR DEMs over your already excellent hillshade options.
