Add option to pin Save Edits confirmation dialog box location

Please add an option to pin the Save Edits confirmation dialog box to the main Pro window area.

Currently it seems to try and follow where you last edited something before clicking Save Edits.

I prefer to use a Save Edits button pinned to the Quick Access Toolbar, so having the confirmation dialog scoot off to another screen or location every single time causes inefficient mouse movement. 

Seeing as this dynamic dialog location is of use when you use keyboard shortcuts to save, make it an option to have the dialog location dynamic or to have it pinned to the centre of the main Pro window.

I do not want to set the dialog to not be shown. Having a two step save process makes me feel as if Pro might actually save the work.
