Add option to open Attribute Table in new window, undocked from anything else.

It would be handy to have a shortcut (say CTRL-SHIFT_T) to open the Attribute Table into a completely separate undocked window.
Sometimes I have a few tables open and arranged in a way to make editing, etc easier. When you Open another AT, it will drop into the existing group and potentially make a mess. I usually then just drag it out of the group (there's at least 2 Ideas to make that work better, but I digress).
If we could have it open on its own it will be great. I don't want a global setting to make ATs open on their own all the time, just a shortcut to occur by choice when needed.
