The Cell Statistics tool, with its "Ignore NoData" parameter, allows rasters of varying extents to be quickly combined into a single raster that's the sum of both, or quickly filling nodata areas with a set value without reclassing. Please bring this parameter to Raster Calculator and Con, so that it's faster to combine this operation with other transformations without additional intermediate datasets.
