Add a button within ArcGIS Pro to launch a conda prompt with the current env activated.
This button should be in 2 places:
- Ribbon > Analysis > Python dropdown > Launch Conda Prompt
- Ribbon > Project > Python > Launch Conda Prompt (underneath Add Packages button)
