Add an alias to feature datasets

Feature datasets don't allow many characters in them (e.g. no spaces, no dashes, no parens, etc.) which is somewhat like the restrictions on a directory name.  It would be nice if they contained an alias attribute (like tables and feature classes do) that allowed for a more human-friendly/readable version of the feature dataset name.  The friendly name could then be displayed in tools like ArcMap/ArcCatalog and ArcGIS Pro when navigating to data.
