Add a "move to..." option for point data (in addition to the "move")

When editing an existing point, there's the option under the Editor menu to move the point with coordinate values, but it uses delta values for the new coordinate, with the starting location as (0,0).

I'd like to also be able to enter "full" coordinates, and not have to manually calculate the deltas, as in the Move To dialogue for a vertex on a line feature.
