3D mice, at least the space navigator work by default in ArcGlobe and ArcExplorer at 10.
I would love this mouse to be supported in ArcMap also. An add-on existed for 9.2/9.3 however it will not work at ArcGIS 10.
The mouse will greatly enhance the panning/zooming functions of ArcMap.
Someone has already asked this in the forums.

Cheers
I used to use it all the time in ver. 9 to digitize various lines (ex. contours), along with a Wacom tablet. Space navigator in the left hand, digitizing stylus in the right... I really miss using this duo.

This is guy reports to have an older model 3dconnexion "SpacePilot pro" mouse that pretty much plug-and-played on ArcGIS pro. I am skeptical it supports interactions like pan and zoom. Neither the mouse company nor Esri mentions any compatibility. Sure hotkey buttons will work... but what about the 3d mouse axis themselves? Its not working for my old 3dconnexion "space navigator" mouse-- which has a working windows 10 driver installed.
So it turns out my old 3dconnexion "space navigator" mouse does work with ArcGIS Pro! Zoom, pan, etc. It had sensitivity very low so it didn't seem to be working when first testing.
