DEMO: A quick look at the Offset tool

This 30 second demo shows the Offset tool, first introduced in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.
You can use this tool to enter stations and offsets from road-centerlines or other linear features. Here is a portion of a document that shows an example of data in this form:
