Move tool gets stuck on "Initializing tool" after recent updates. Only happens in parcel fabric.

I'm not sure when exactly this happened since I don't regularly edit our parcels, but for some reason, whenever I use the Move tool, to try and move parcel points a popup will appear saying "Initializing tool...". Sometimes it will go away, but more often than not it will stay up forever. This doesn't happen with any other branch versioned datasets. Just the parcel fabric.

Hello @MDB_GIS we are aware of this issue and there is a fix that will significantly reduce the time this dialog appears.  You can find that fix in the ArcGIS Pro 3.7.1 patch.

Any ETA on that patch? 3.7.0 is still showing current for me.

Oh huh... I had thought it was already out.  I'm checking right now and will get you an ETA.  But based on the fact that I thought it was already out, I think it should be releasing soon.

Got some info back.  It should be released next week on the 7th.
