3.6 broke record workflows and duplicate parcel

after updating to 3.6, "assign parcel to record" no longer functions and "duplicate parcels" is completely broken. has anyone else experienced this? did anyone test the parcel fabric tools out with this release? because now i have to spend more time rolling back to the last good version of pro where the tools i use every day worked

edit: i rolled back to 3.5 and remade my editing project and the tools are working again

Have you taken this up with with support so a BUG ticket can be generated for correction?

Are you using ArcGIS Enterprise? If yes - older versions like 10.9.1 are no longer supported - see help documentation for further details.
