How to migrate Survey123 to a new european ArcGIS Online account?

I have two weeks to transfer all my Survey123 Surveys and ArcGIS Online applications to a new european ArcGIS Online subscription.  What is the quickest way to do this? Do I have a completely recreate all my survey data and applications or are there quick solutions?
