I am trying to create a layer with a relationship class table, that can be updated from Pro. Here's the example, I need a centerline road layer to have a table connected via relationship class, so that I can have a log of how & when line striping and crack sealing was done on a particular segment. However I still need to be able to update this feature layer with new road segments as new plats come in. Any help on where to start looking or advice would be greatly appreciated.
