I am new to ESRI terminology. Most of my experience comes from using MapInfo. That might be why I can't figure out how to do something I expected would be easy.
I have a spreadsheet with county level sales statistics.
I want to display those statistics in ACRGIS Online as a thematic map.
I see I can upload a CSV. However, the upload tool is looking for lat/long. For a file with county ID, I would think I could join to the boundary files ESRI already makes available.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get that done?
