Why is there an Error in adding and editing a new layer in ArcGIS Online?

Hello All,

I have created and published a new survey from Survey123 connect. Data has been submitted to the form. When I open the layer in the Map Viewer, the data in the layer does not show even though it shows up in the Data tab of the Item information. When the layer is also added to a map, an error message is shown.

 "Error: There was an error"

I tried it with 3 separate accounts and the error persists. Has anyone experienced this and how did they fix it? Could it also be a bug?

Does the error show up in the Classic Map Viewer? Just curious!
