Why does my raster disappear when I zoom on a map in ArcGIS Online?

I published a couple of rasters successfully to ArcGIS Online from Pro version 3.1, using Share > Web Map. They show up under "Content". I open them up in Map Viewer, and all seems well.

But when I go to zoom them with the +/- tool the rasters disappear. It's as if higher resolution tiles are required which are not there... but there is no map resolution parameter to set in Pro.

I can zoom out and still see the rasters... but cannot zoom in. Very odd.

Has anyone seen this?

Did you check your Tiling Schema in the publishing dialog?

First, click Configuration.

Then, select your raster layer and click Properties. Go to Configuration again and there set your Tiling Schema and decide what levels of detail you want to be available.

Hi, I have a similar issue with some rasters I shared online. I have a series of 11 rasters that I shared as a web layer and all have the same tiling scheme / visibility settings but some of them when I zoom in or out, the image disappears even though I am still within the visibility range. I am not sure what would be the issue.
