When I overwrite a web layer from ArcGIS Pro it populates all tracking fields in AGOL

Good afternoon,

I  did an overwrite of a web layer, the FC does not have the tracking fields populated, but when I publish it in AGOL, the Hosted layer has all tracking fields populated with my UserId and current date.

Is there a way to keep the tracking fields empty when publishing or overwriting an layer in AGOL?
