What is the time zone for Manage Areas - Update packages for download?

I've created a number of managed areas for one of my maps that will be used in Collector for ArcGIS by field technicians.  I want the packages to update everyday at 5am local time (I'm in Brisbane, Australia).

There are no options for setting a time zone in the Manage Areas GUI...how do I know that the packages will be refreshed at the time that I expect them to?
