Webooks Deactivating Automatically

We have a few webhooks configured on a hosted feature service (ArcGIS Online) that are used to trigger Flows in Microsoft Power Automate. They have been running perfectly for a few months, but today we noticed that two of them somehow deactivated themselves on Monday 8/12.  I tried manually re-enabling them today, but they deactivate again after a single trigger. After testing the other webhooks on the same service, they are deactivating themselves after being triggered as well.

I created a new webhook as a test, and it appears to be staying active and working correctly (at least after 4 test triggers).

I'm not really seeing any diagnostic data available and can't figure out why the existing webhooks are now deactivating after a single trigger. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening, or where I can get some sort of log information?

I found this ESRI article stating this is a known issue. Hope this helps anyone else having the same problem:
