Web Mapping Application not loading for View or Configure

I created a web mapping application and all was working and now a month later it will not open to VIEW or CONFIGURE, it just has the bars that move trying to load...anyone have any suggestions?

An analyst can help troubleshoot the app.

I'm also noticing this issue. I'm unable to see Instant Apps and Experience Builder apps that have been share with a group with a Viewer user type with a viewer role. I'm also experiencing the same issue with Partner User Types with essential app bundles assigned. For Instant apps I get a blank screen, For experience builder I get an error message saying that i don't have access to the item (which I do). I'm not an authorized caller for my organization yet, but can provide some examples if you find me.

This workflow works on Enterprise 11.1 with viewers and partner user types.

This was User Error. It's working as expected. I guess i missed the step of adding the user to the right group.

Sorry for the false alarm. Everything works as it should. Great release team
