Why is the Web Editor Instant App only accessible/useable for Creator, Professional, or Professional Plus user types? This restriction doesn't make a lot of sense since other editing functions in other applications (Experience Builder, dashboards, web maps, etc.) are all accessible for the Mobile Viewer user types as well. It also doesn't make sense to restrict the use of this application within Hub Community site's and Hub Community user types again since other editing functions through other applications are available for those user types.
We have a number of Mobile Worker users and Hub Community Member users who need editing privileges for specific layers for specific projects. The Web Editor Instant App would appear to be a good candidate to provide these users this access since it provides a curated editing view and tools for those specific layers. It is also easy and quick to set up vs. using an Experience Builder app or another application type.
Is it possible to provide any clarification for why this restriction was instituted.
