View layer not editable

I have a view layer who's schema is configured to be editable, but members that are data editors still can't edit it. Even the parent's schema is configured to be editable. The members can edit the parent, but they can't edit the view for some . Because in the future I want them to only edit the view, this will be an issue. Below, I attached the schema configuration.
