I am on a Navy NMCI workstation so it is all locked down running IE 7.0.5

I am trying to share maps but can not get the test map to open via the "Open in ArcGIS.com Viewer". Getting an error on the page with an icon in the browser, (left hand corner),  and says there is a an error line on line 554, char 9 Code 0

Open in ArcExploerer works for me but not for the people in my group as that option is not available.

Any help out there??

I'm not working on an NMCI station, but I am Navy.  I'm trying to get the MMC_Navigation and Marine Infrastructure to work, but when I add it as a layer or use it as a base map, it's blank.

When i open it in ArcGIS.com, it's just a blank map.  Did you have any luck with the viewer?  Have you tried a different map?

(This map service contains data about marine and navigation infrastructure which consists of marine oil and natural gas wells, transmission lines, shipping lanes among others within the USA and its surrounding territories.)

Can you share the rest endpoint of your map services?

Are your map services secured (ie with a username and password)? The web map doesn't currently support access to secured services. Also, if your services are behind a firewall, there can be issues as well.

Thanks,

Mike

I am having a similar problem. One map I have created does not appear in the ArcGIS.com map viewer. I do not get any error messages and get the same results with IE 9 and the latest version of Chrome. The screen is blank except for the toolbar. If I click on Details the Legend and Content are blank. If I try to change the basemap I get an error message like this "Basemap Topographic is not available."

I can open the map in ArcGIS Explorer Online. Here is the URL for that http://www.arcgis.com/explorer/?open=e5af1f7d53c941689d003eb01235ee9e

I have shared the map with Everyone.
