Using Notebooks to export and download from ArcGIS Online

Hi, I am trying to write a script using notebooks to export a feature layer as an Excel file on AGOL and then download it to my laptop. The script gets as far as exporting the Excel document to My Content, but that's where it stops. 

Is there a way to then download from My Content using notebooks? Thanks!

Could it be an owner, administrator issue?

Hi Dan, I am the document owner and have administrator rights for our AGOL account.

I currently have the script set up to run every day using ArcGIS Pro and Windows Task Scheduler. The export and download works this way but only when I am logged into my laptop. I was hoping to use AGOL to schedule a notebook task instead of my current set up, but I can't get the script to work first.
