I'm creating an organizational account and I would like to create a system for users to sign up for my site. I would like them to be able to fill out a form on a website I've built so that I can verify they are actually members of of my organization before I add them to the ArcGIS for Organizations site. To do this I need to be able to add users via the API, but I don't see anything in the API reference that would allow me to do that.
Is that possible?
