USA Traffic Counts

This is probably stupid, but what is the status of the USA Traffic Counts layer from ESRI?

I just opened the 2023 version and it says it is deprecated.  What is the correct layer now?

Is there a different workflow for traffic data? I liked the old layers fine...

But ESRI must have some plan to replace this vital functionality. We use traffic counts as a standard part of our site selection.
