Hurricane Ike data is available as a nmf. However I would like to construct a ArcGis Explorer map of before and after IKE images for educational purposes. I believe I need a URL for the imagery data to make a basemap. Is there an URL for this data or is there someway I could use the nmf to construct a basemap?
