I'm trying to replicate the scenario in the story map below where Survey123 submissions with image attachments update in the map and display the image in the relevant pop up.

I have suceeded in displaying the image attachments in the pop up, using arcade expressions but only when the map is not 'keeping track' and therefore can not automatically display images attached to new survey submissions.
Does anyone know how this is achieved in the ArcGIS StoryMaps example?
