Unable to save Feature Layer (hosted) settings - Export Data

Unable to save Feature Layer (hosted) settings. Trying to enable "Export Data- Allow other to export to different formats" but I keep getting this error message. What can I do? My colleagues need to be able to export this data in their Experience Builder. I have it enable for export in the experience builder but also need to enable it in the feature layer settings.

could it be related to your AGOL account role?

The Export Data option is unavailable in ArcGIS Online
