Unable to add layers

Hello, I have not had an issue until today but I have tried to go back into a saved map I was working on with a couple simple layers and now when I try to open it, an error appears to say it was unable to add that layer or even the base layer map. Once I sign in, it seems to remove my ability to add any layers at all, even for the base map it doesn't even show me the options, all just say basemap now but if I log out they come back so not sure if this is an account issue but nothing should have changed on my profile

To add, I have tried updating browsers using another browser, clearing cookies and cache and the old off/on and nothing is working

Hi @Lrobinson1,

Do you own the layers/basemap you are trying to use? If they are shared publicly, would you mind sharing the URLs/items IDs for the layers you are using?

Additionally, does the same issue occur if you try to add the layers/basemap to a brand new web map whilst logged in?
