Unable to add Geoserver WFS to ArcGIS Online

Hello Community

I am attempting to add a WFS using this url - https://mhplanning.webgis1.com/geoserver/MhpData/ows?service=WFS

When doing so, I am met with an error message stating that the 'server does not exist or is inaccessible'. I have successfully added the service to ArcGIS Pro and QGIS and confirmed with AcuGIS that the CORS configuration on the Geoserver is correct.

Furthermore, confirmed that the data is accessible:

https://mhplanning.webgis1.com/geoserver/MhpData/wfs?request=GetCapabilities&service=WFS 

Has anyone encountered this problem?

Hello! When you connect to the layer in Pro, are you able to actually add layers? I don't see any available.  The message I see in Map Viewer is also slightly different: "The service is empty". I'll try again later and see if I can see the same issue you were seeing.
