I have been trying to upload some complex, time-enabled shapefiles to ArcGIS Online and have hit a wall. I was able to take the complexity out of the files by converting them to raster and then uploading them as a map package. After opening the map packages, I've discovered that the time series does work, but there is a delay in showing the data. For example, I'll start the time series and it will be showing the first year, but when the slider goes to the second year, the image is still of the first year. I've tried slowing down the time series as slow as ESRI offers, but I think the complexity of the file is causing the years to change much slower than the slider. Any ideas on how I can remedy this?
