We have had problems uploading The Tile Map Package to ARCGIS online but this one is most strange.
I created a Tile Map Package so that our organization would not use credits. I tried to use the method of going into ARCTOOL box and Share Package under the Data Management Packages. Filled in all the parameters login, share, etc. Tool completed, but when I looked in MY CONTENTS on ARCGIS online. NOTHING. I waited for half the day and still not there.
Were could the Map Service be located?
