I'm building a web application that allows users to export their text annotations as KML files. However, when these KML files are imported into ArcGIS Online, the text labels aren't showing up. Does ArcGIS Online support the Text Labele in KML? If it does, I would appreciate guidance on the correct KML structure to use—or suggestions for alternative methods to ensure that text labels are properly displayed in ArcGIS Online.
