I have uploaded a feature layer and added it to a map for collector. I set visible scales, labels, pop ups. Then I overwrote the feature layer with updated data. I went to look how it looks in Collector and the templates are out of order for creating new features. I understand that you should be able to manage them if you are the owner and/or admin (which I am), yet I am unable to. I added the feature layer back into my map so I now have the layers added twice and I can manage the newly added layers. How can I manage the existing layers so I do not redo scales, pop ups, and such? It is the same feature layer why can I edit one and not the other?

When I want to add features, my templates were not in the order I wanted.
However, I did not realize I needed to remove and then re-add the feature layer with all my newly published data back into the map after publishing each time. WHAT A PAIN! I then have to recreate my pop-ups and scale ranges.
Because I did not remove the layers and then add them back in again after publishing I was not able to "manage" my templates, but I have since adjusted my workflow.
Thanks for trying
Hi Kevin,
When viewing your web map within the Collector application, you are noticing that your layers do not appear in the same order; is that correct? If so, what type of mobile device are you using to view your web maps in Collector (Android or iOS)?
Thanks,
Jacob
