Table on a Hosted Feature Layer is not triggering webhook

I have a hosted feature layer that has two sublayers: one point layer and one table (as shown below).
On this feature layer, I have added a webhook using the AGOL GUI in the settings tab on the hosted feature layer. That webhook was created like below:
The webhook appears to work as expected for the point layer (sublayer=0) but does not send data when records are created on the table (sublayer=1). Is this expected behavior, bug, or configuration error on my end?
