I am new to ESRI GIS.  I need to migrate a Googlemap base app to ESRI.  I really can use some help and guidance.  I need to create a hybrid map in ESRI on arcgis.com that shows the following:

1. poles

2. cables

3. traffic light

I attached a sample map here that shows the above.

I looked through a lot of the ESRI base maps but I just could not find the right combination for it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bing Hybrid has comparable

Currently the OOTB Esri one does not have that resolution imagery for that area

Using the Imagery Updates App You can see the contributor for this imagery is and resolution info.

Thank you for replying.

I am new to ESRI and my questions might seem out of line.

I need to migrate GoogleMap base app to ESRI.

Are you saying I can use Bing map in an ESRI app? If so, can I just use GoogleMap in an ESRI app?

If I can use other base map in an ESRI app, where do I find an example about it.

Due to Google's licensing, it's not possible to use Google basemaps in ArcGIS Online. Bing Maps are a great alternative, here's the help section that covers it: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/configure-map.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_3E780EDD49D94952B...

It's an administrator configuration that is set in Organization > Settings > Maps > Bing Maps.

ArcGIS Living Atlas includes basemaps and component layers you can use. This is a complete list: https://livingatlas.arcgis.com/en/browse/#d=2&type=maps&cont=true&categories=Basemaps%3A11100

As for imagery basemaps, Bing or the World Imagery basemap would be your best options. World Imagery: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=10df2279f9684e4a9f6a7f08febac2a9

Use this app to see recent and planned updates for your area of interest: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=27236479807f43e9ac3ff65d6777e324
