Survey 123 Dropdown Set Rule

Hello all, 

This is for the web interface of Survey 123. So I have a dynamic Excel list of approx 30 assets that our Parks & Rec updates on a as-needed basis (~quarterly). I then copy and paste this text into the Batch Edit to update the dropdown choices.

The problem is, there doesn't appear to be any way to show a question based on any answer, only a specific answer.

Any ideas? Would this issue be resolved by going to Survery123 Connect? I haven't really played with that yet. 

Maybe this is just a suggestion for improving the web version of Survey 123.
